JOB OPPORTUNITIES

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our Sales team at AMINA Premium Lounge & Mix Grill. The ideal candidate will be a team player dedicated to boosting overall sales and marketing efforts. A strong background in sales within the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry is essential, along with a passion for achieving targets, driving growth, and enhancing brand visibility

Scope of Work:

• Assist in developing and implementing strategic sales plans aimed at achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Assist with the market research to identify new opportunities and trends within the F&B sector that can contribute to sales growth.
• Work closely with Sales & Marketing team to align strategies and improve overall sales performance.
• Hands on support in the development of promotional materials and campaigns specifically designed to drive sales and boost brand awareness.
• Assist in analyzing sales data to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to adjust strategies aimed at achieving higher sales.
• Track and report on sales activities, including calls, meetings, deals closed, and pipeline updates to senior management.
• Preparation of PR content for media and assist in PR activities.
• Building rapport with potential customers.

Requirements:

• Completed GCE O/L.
• Proven work experience in sales within the food industry.
• Basic multimedia design skills will be a bonus.
• Strong understanding of food and industrial equipment &
• Demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
• Team player with excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Self-motivated, strong work ethic and results-oriented approach.

Remuneration: MVR 9,000 – 11,000 (based on qualification & experience)
