Job Description

• Act as the brand face of MONIN in the domestic market.
• Conduct regular sales visits using a motorcycle (must have valid license).
• Build and maintain relationships with baristas, mixologists, chefs, and owners.
• Organize product tastings, trainings, and menu placements.
• Ensure stock movement, shelf visibility, and customer follow-up.
• Collaborate on marketing activations, outlet promotions, and events.
• 1–3 years in beverage sales, barista/bartending, or F&B operations.
• Strong communication in Dhivehi and English.
• Friendly, confident, and proactive personality.
• Valid motorcycle driving license.
• Familiarity with local café/bar scene is a strong advantage.
