Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven sales professional with FMCG experience to join our team!

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, strategize, and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets

• Analyze market trends and monitor competitor activities in the FMCG sector

• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and wholesale customers

• Work towards achieving higher levels of customer satisfaction

• Prepare timely and accurate sales reports

• Supervise, guide, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field 

• Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience, ideally in the FMCG sector

• Excellent interpersonal skills; confident, proactive, and self-motivated

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

• Strong computer skills (proficiency in MS Office)
