Job Description

Overseeing activities that attract client patronage and maximum profit for the resort. Selling resort services to customers to generate revenue for the management. Arranging meetings with tour operators, travel agents, and potential clients to identify their requirements and needs. Preparing and presenting proposals to prospective customers, highlighting the resort’s service features and qualities. Overseeing the booking and room reservation and collaborating with other resort staff to ensure clients have a good stay at the hotel.
