Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling sales calls, managing online orders, coordinating deliveries, and driving field sales to expand our customer base and maintain consistent order flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming sales calls and respond to customer inquiries proactively
• Process and manage online orders efficiently
• Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure timely dispatch of orders
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
• Conduct field visits to identify and acquire new customers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
• Maintain accurate records of sales, orders, and customer interactions

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills (email, order management, etc.)
• Willingness to travel for field sales
