In this role, you will:

• Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives to expand our freight sales, logistics, and cargo clearance services.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the Maldives and potentially beyond.
• Lead targeted marketing campaigns to reach key clients in various industries.
• Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
• Collaborate closely with our operations and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience in sales and marketing within the freight, logistics, or shipping industry.
• A strong understanding of freight sales processes, logistics operations, and cargo clearance procedures.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
• A proactive and results-oriented approach with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
• Familiarity with relevant industry
• Strong network within the Maldivian business community is a plus.
