Job Description

We’re Hiring: Hyperactive Sales & Marketing Manager

Are you energetic, creative, and passionate about helping children discover the world of coding? We’re looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager who can handle parent inquiries and manage our social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

Your Key Responsibilities:
? Sales
• Handle incoming leads with active phone sales
• Work closely with our current client base
• Advise parents on programs, schedules, and all related questions
• Motivate families to join our school and finalize enrollments
• Support current students, communicate with parents, ensure renewals
• Collect feedback and maintain accurate reporting

? Marketing & Social Media
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns
• Manage and grow our Facebook, Instagram & TikTok accounts
• Create engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos)
• Run promotions, ads, and lead-generation activities
• Strengthen the Algorithmics brand and increase visibility
