Position Summary: 

We are looking for a highly efficient, energetic and enthusiastic individual to join our team for the position of Sales & Marketing Manager.

In the role of Sales & Marketing Manager, your primary responsibilities will revolve around devising and implementing impactful advertising campaigns, formulating marketing strategies to explore untapped markets, generating high-quality leads, and managing the company's B2B sales efforts. Moreover, you will be expected to compile and submit bids, as well as provide support in various administrative, office-related tasks and more.

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Bachelor's degree or Masters in a related field would be an advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field.
• Proven working experience in B2B, B2C and Marketing.
• Age 25+

Essential Skills and Attributes:

• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Outgoing personality with the ability to communicate confidently with people.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Driving License
• Experience in Tech/IT B2B, B2C Sales is an Advantage
• A Good command of Customer Service Skills, Punctual, Honest & Hardworking.
• A good command of written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to connect with people easily and efficiently.
• Maintain Customer Relationships

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Team Management
• Plan, develop and execute impactful marketing exercises
• Work towards achieving sales targets & marketing objectives
• Content Creation
• Prepare and submit bid proposals
• Manage company sales & customer inquiries
• Keep track of all sales and ongoing projects
• Any other responsibilities assigned by the Management
• Handle the Sales & Marketing Operations of the company
