Barudhan Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales growth and brand development efforts. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing marketing campaigns, and leading a motivated team to deliver results across our product lines.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing executives and coordinators
  • Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners
  • Identify new market opportunities and drive business development
  • Monitor performance metrics and prepare periodic sales and marketing reports
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and supply chain teams
  • Represent the company in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events

 

Qualifications:

• • 3–5 years of experience in marketing and/or business development
  • Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and measurable revenue growth
  • Strong knowledge of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and retail operations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms

 

Employment Type:

• Full-time (Saturday to Thursday)
  • Overtime opportunities available, compensated according to company policy
