Job Description

Requirements

-    GCE O’ Level 03 passes (Grade C and above)  
-    Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dhivehi and English
-    Pleasant personality
-    Having a Customer-Oriented Attitude
-    Ability to Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information.
-    Familiarity with Microsoft Office and sales software programs will be an added advantage
-    Flexible thinking and ability to adapt to change
-    Able to pick up and handle Tasks quickly
-    Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time efficiently
-    Excellent phone and presentation skills
-    Strong ability to work on Sales and Marketing tasks

Responsibilities 

-    Handle Daily Sales
-    Responsible Cash, Transfers, and other form of income from Sales
-    Create End of day and Report to Manager
-    Provide products and services information from Email, Phone and other form of communications
-    Provide memorable and unrivaled customer experiences to each person that walks through the door
-    Demo products to Customer
-    Create Quotations for Products requested
-    Create Quotation for Requirements gathered from Customers
-    Activel seek out customers in store
-    Main objective is to Increase sales and increase our customer base
-    Carry out any other tasks assigned by the Management
-    Able to make deliveries is an added advantage
