Job Description

Sales & Operation Manager – Full Time (MALDIVIAN)

 

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the day to day operational functions.
• Hiring, training, and retention of staff.
• Review daily reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must be personable, with good command in English.
• Educational Qualification minimum A ‘Level.
• Minimum three years of experience in related field.
• Strong leadership skills, and the ability to coach staff to ensure high level of team work.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Flexible to work under pressure and long hours.
• Work experience in the related field will be an added advantage
• Excellent PC skills in MS office package.
