Job Description

Position: Sales & Operations Officer
Location: Spectra Showroom - Male

We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Sales & Operations Officer to join our team at our Interior Showroom based in Male.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day sales operations within the showroom and assist senior Manager Sales & Marketing on daily operations matters.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist clients in choosing the best interior solutions for their needs.
• Ensure showroom displays are well-maintained and showcase the products effectively.
• Work closely with customers, suppliers, and installation teams to ensure smooth communication and operations.
• Handle customer inquiries and follow up on sales leads.
• Manage inventory and coordinate deliveries when necessary.

Requirements:

• Must be a local candidate fluent in Dhivehi  & English (ability to speak and write).
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle client interactions professionally.
• Prior experience in sales or operations management, preferably in an interior showroom or similar industry will be added advantage.
• Flexible and willing to work extended hours when required, especially during installation periods.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
