Job Description

• Manage Transactions with Customers using cash registers
• Keep track of Inventory
• Collect payments whether in cash or credit
• Prepare invoice, quotations and sales receipt
• Educate customer with product informations, Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
• Greet Customers when entering or leaving the store
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction
• Update Daily expenses of the business and file the documents accordingly.
• Replying to emails
• Customer service or Cashier experience with knowledge of Quickbooks

Work hours: Saturday to Thursday: 9:00- 12:00, 13:30 - 16:00 (friday off)
