Job Description

**LOCALS ONLY**

- Previous work experience will be an added advantage
- Ability to maintain a strong relationship with customers
- Computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Excel, POS Systems, and related software
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy items.
- Ability to Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dhivehi and English
- Excellent inter-personal skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent time keeping and attendance record
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time efficiently
- Cycle drivers license required
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases and file invoices daily and/or weekly
- Able to work shift-duty or full-time (if required)
