Job Description

1. Previous work experience as a cashier/ sales representative will be an added advantage.
2. Computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Excel, POS Systems, and related software
3. Ability to maintain a strong relationship with customers.
4. Ability to work under pressure.
5. Ability to Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dhivehi and English
7. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
8. Excellent time keeping and attendance record.
9. Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time efficiently.
10. Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
11. Proficiency in English.
12. Thorough understanding of sales and negotiating techniques.
13. Fast learner and passion for sales.
