JOB VACANCY AT AAA HOTELS & RESORTS

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a positive attitude to join our team.

Reservation Sales Agent

KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

• Communicate contracts and offers with local agents
• Receive and invoice bookings
• Ensure that all reservations are in system and cross check if rates are accurate
• Coordinate with accounts department on payment status and follow up with agents
• Provide daily reservation and revenue updates to manager
• Finding new local agents
• Participating in local and overseas travel fairs

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum TWO year experience in the field
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge with computers
• Knowledge in reservation software
• Flexibility in work
