Job Description

Special Requirements:
- Knowledge of Rules & Regulations related to the Import of Goods to Maldives..
- Experience in Handling or Preparing Import Shipping Documents.
- Good command of Microsoft Office and related Software.
- Effective Internal and External Communication
- Good Organizational skills and Multi-Tasking ability.

 

Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with Suppliers, Shipping Lines, Agents and Forwarders regarding Shipments.
- Ensure consistency of Import Documentation.
- Assist in the Import Clearance Process.
- Assist to obtain all required Import Permits and Licenses
- Records Maintenance.
