Job Description

Senior Associate, Accounting

Work site: Head Office (Male’)

No. of Positions: 01

Required Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in accounting and finance with minimum 1 year experience in accounting or finance function.

Main Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Manage the complete bookkeeping cycle for clients and prepare accurate financial statements, reports, and analysis on a regular basis to assist clients in decision-making.
• Provide clients with valuable financial insights, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Other accounting related works or tasks assigned by supervisor.

Knowledge & Skill Requirement

• Strong knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
• A problem solver with a proactive approach to client needs.

Salary and Benefits

• Take Home Pay - MVR 15,000

Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday (8:00 – 15:30)
