Job Description

We’re Hiring – Senior Fire Alarm and Fire Technician

Position: Senior Fire Alarm and Fire Technician
Salary: USD 500 - USD 550

Job Purpose

To lead and oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of fire alarm systems and fire protection equipment within the company premises. The Senior Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting Technician ensures compliance with fire safety standards, supervises junior technicians, and provides expert guidance to maintain operational readiness and safety.

Key Responsibilities

·        Supervise and guide junior technicians in fire alarm and fire fighting system installation and maintenance.

·        Install, inspect, maintain, and repair fire alarm panels, detectors, sprinklers, extinguishers, hydrants, and related equipment.

·        Conduct advanced troubleshooting and calibration of fire alarm systems.

·        Maintain accurate documentation of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.

·        Identify potential fire hazards and recommend corrective actions.

·        Assist in fire drills, staff training, and emergency preparedness programs.

·        Stay updated on local fire safety laws, codes, and emerging technologies.

·        Prepare detailed reports on system performance, compliance, and maintenance activities.

Qualifications & Skills

·        Diploma or Degree in Fire Safety, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

·        Minimum 4–5 years of experience in fire alarm and fire fighting systems installation and maintenance.

·        Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

·        Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to emergencies.

·        Excellent communication in English and teamwork skills.

·        Proficiency in fire alarm panels, detection systems, and fire safety tools.
