Job Description

Position Type: Permanent (Initial contract shall be for a period of 1 (one) year. The contract shall be renewed as permanent based on performance upon successful completion of one year.)

 

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in relevant field to designing or creative media
• Minimum 1-2 years’ work experience of Marketing or in a related field
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Master Collection
• Computer skills with knowledge of Design Software (Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign), Web Design (Basic HTMLS & CSS) and Multimedia Design Software
• Analytic thinking, Creativity, leadership and problem-solving skills
• Photography, Videography Skills & able to work outdoors
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dhivehi and English
• Excellent inter-personal skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Able to work independently and adhere to tight reporting deadline
• Pleasant personality

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and design marketing materials, both static and motion graphics
• Demonstrate illustrative skills with rough sketches and propose creative ideas and design concepts
• Prepare various concepts and ideas to enhance the brand and support related marketing activities
• Presenting ideas and concepts to Management and to Marketing Agency
• Develop and propose new design concepts to improve company branding and positioning
• Present finalized ideas and concepts effectively
• Contribute ideas and design artwork, creating and presenting comprehensive design briefs
