Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the execution of a complex, multi-site landscaping project for a luxury resort islands. The design phase has been completed by a top-tier landscape design firm, and this role will be responsible for managing the full implementation including multiple concurrent site works, on-site project managers, and coordination with contractors, suppliers, and the stakeholders.

This is a senior role requiring excellent leadership, multi-site management, and project control expertise, particularly within remote or island-based environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall implementation of the landscaping master plan across multiple resort sites.
  • Translate design into executable work plans and ensure reliability to design during implementation.
  • Develop and maintain the master project schedule across all sites.
  • Manage and coordinate multiple Project Managers assigned to different work sites.
  • Provide clear leadership, direction, and performance oversight to on-site teams.
  • Conduct regular site visits and review meetings to assess progress, identify bottlenecks, and align efforts.
  • Facilitate communication across all project stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely decision-making.
  • Oversee procurement schedules, logistics, and on-island delivery of plants, materials, and equipment.
  • Work with procurement and logistics teams to anticipate supply chain needs and resolve import or transport challenges.
  • Monitor project budgets across all sites and implement cost control measures.
  • Prepare and deliver regular progress reports, dashboards, and executive summaries to management.
  • Forecast risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain compliance with safety standards, environmental guidelines, and local regulations.
  • Conduct final inspections and ensure readiness for handover upon completion.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in landscape construction or development project management.
  • Proven experience managing multi-site construction or landscaping projects, preferably in the hospitality or resort sector.
  • Strong background in team leadership, including managing site-based Project Managers.
  • Experience working in remote, island, or logistically complex environments is highly desirable.
  • Deep understanding of landscape systems: softscape, hardscape, irrigation, etc.
  • Professional degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
