Job Description

What we’re looking for:

We need creative and adaptable people who understand real service, care about our customers and embrace hard work.

Senior representatives

Supporting a team of representatives and attending to their queries. Helping to deliver outstanding customer service to Kuoni UK clients and improve NPS (net promoter score).

Assisting at the airport when required.

Assisting with medical cases when required. 

Replacing reps when required

Assisting with admin work.

You will need to:

Have excellent written and spoken English.

Have a positive, friendly approach.

Have excellent communication skills.

Be passionate and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

Be driven to achieve in a service environment.

Be adaptable and flexible.

Be a team player and continually strive to improve your own and the team’s knowledge and skills.
