As a Service Associate - Kitchen Commis (Hathaa), we rely on you to;

• Good knowledge of food service techniques and menu contents
• Maintain a professional and friendly attitude
• Practice the hygiene and sanitation procedures set by the resort when handling food 
• Ensure proper use and cleaning of equipment in order to prolong the use and prevent damage
• Ensure a clean, professional apprearance according to hotel grooming standards 

We are looking for someone who;

• Preferably with at least two (2) years of experience with the same capacity
• Experience working in a remote location is considered an advantage
• Has a pleasing personality, presentable and articulate
• Able to speak and write English
• Colleage level or equivalent training experience
• A self-starter, team-player and committed
• Able to set, accept and tackle demanding objectives with enthusiasm
