Job Description

Linkserve Pvt Ltd is seeking a well-organized and proactive Service Center Coordinator to oversee daily service center operations and ensure efficient coordination between customers, staff, and management. The role involves supervising service workflows, maintaining service quality standards, and supporting the smooth operation of customer service and administrative functions.

The ideal candidate should possess strong coordination skills, good communication abilities, and the capacity to handle operational responsibilities in a structured environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily service center activities

• Ensure customer inquiries and service requests are handled efficiently

• Support and guide service center staff in daily operations

• Maintain service records, reports, and documentation

• Liaise with management to improve service processes and performance

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
