Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Making strategies for generating new leads and building relationships with employers and clients.

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline) to promote our services.

• Manage social media accounts, prepare content, and respond to inquiries.

• Maintain client databases and follow up on leads, quotations, and proposals.

• Preparing presentations, company profiles, and promotional materials.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery for clients.

• Provide administrative support to the sales and consultancy team as required.

Requirements

• Olevel 

• Strong communication skills in English (Dhivehi is an added advantage).

• Basic knowledge of HR, recruitment, or business consultancy services preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and willingness to learn.
