Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day sales operations and help maintain strong relationships with our customers.

? Key Responsibilities:

• Attend to regular customers professionally via phone or emails

• Prepare sales orders, quotations, and invoices

• Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely supply

• Maintain accurate sales records and follow up on payments when required

• Assist in promoting company products and increasing sales

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic issues efficiently

• Minimum GCE O’ Level or equivalent

• Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage

• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, invoicing systems, or ERP knowledge preferred)

• Good communication skills in Dhivehi and English
