Job Description

Sales & Agent Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to join our team as a Sales & Agent Support Associate. This role will support in developing B2B agent relationships, maintaining contact pipelines, and assisting with outreach materials and follow-ups.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Research and compile lists of potential travel agents and partners
• Assist in sending emails, follow-ups, and presentation materials
• Maintain CRM spreadsheets and help track outreach progress
• Help prepare and format sales proposals and pitch decks
• Schedule calls and demo appointments for the Sales Director

 

 

Requirements:

 

• Strong written and spoken English
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Basic computer skills (Google Sheets, Docs, Email)
• Friendly and professional communication style
• Interest in sales, travel, or tourism is a plus
