Job Description

Sales Associate (Female/Male)

Location: First Floor, Opal Residencies by Apollo, Rabarugas Magu, Hulhumale' Phase 1 
Employment Type: Full-time

SM Enterprises Pvt Ltd is looking for a responsible and motivated Sales Associate to manage the daily operations of our shop. We are seeking someone reliable, organized, and customer-focused who can take manage the sales and operations of the shop. 

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day sales and assist customers professionally

• Manage and oversee overall shop operations

• Maintain proper display and organization of items in the shop

• Handle cash, billing, and payments accurately

• Finalize and record daily sales

• Maintain basic stock awareness and report shortages

• Ensure the shop is opened and closed on time

• Provide good customer service and maintain a welcoming environment

Requirements

• Completed basic education upto O'level 

• Honest, responsible, and punctual

• Good communication and customer service skills
