Job Description

We are looking for a charismatic charming and innovative Shop Assistant who can weave their magical touch to capture all audiences and to deliver the heartwarming stories behind Toddy.

Scope of Work and Responsibilities

• Welcoming and engaging with customers as they enter the showroom.
• Attending to online orders, emails, and other inquiries.
• Pack orders for deliveries and confirm deliveries
• Working with cash registers, point of sale systems, and processing payments.
• Update inventory and keep the showroom displays in order.
• Time to time run deliveries, and other errands needed for the showroom.
• Other tasks required by the outlet manager.

Requirements & Qualifications

• O’ Levels, Diploma / previous work experience in a similar position.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English and Dhivehi to customers and clients.
• Ability to work in a team environment, manage time efficiently, and meet financial targets.
• Friendly, energetic, and outgoing with good people skills.
• Should be punctual and reliable.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
• Driving license
