Job Description

• Coordinate with the Manager to inform about low stock items and restock from available inventory.
• Arrange new stock arrivals on display in a presentable manner.
• Oversee daily shop operations, ensuring staff performance and workflow efficiency.
• Efficiently handle cash transactions and operate the POS system.
• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving complaints quickly and ensuring timely, accurate service.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience,
• Arrange to take delivery orders and coordinate deliveries.
• Ensure the shop is clean, tidy, and well-stocked to meet customer needs
• Prepare and submit daily sales and inventory reports to management.
• Provide guidance to team members and, when required, take on responsibilities as a sales assistant or cashier to ensure smooth shop operations.
