Job Description

Linkserve is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Showroom Manager for our Malé outlet. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and leading the showroom team to meet sales targets. This is a hands-on role ideal for a motivated leader with strong retail experience and a passion for delivering results.

Responsibilities to note are:

• Oversee daily operations of the showroom, ensuring a clean, organized, and customer-friendly environment.

• Supervise and lead a team of sales staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and product knowledge.

• Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to improve showroom results.

• Manage stock levels and inventory accuracy; coordinate with the godown for timely replenishment.

• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.

• Collaborate with the procurement and marketing teams for in-store promotions and product displays.

• Maintain showroom security and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

• Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
