Salary and Benefits

MVR 20,000+ (Negotiable)
Employees assigned to work on islands or at sites outside Malé will be entitled to the following benefits throughout their period of employment:
Food and Catering:
The company will provide three meals per day and tea for all employees during their period of service.
Accommodation:
Employees will be provided with accommodation at the work site. All lodging arrangements, along with essential utilities such as water internet and electricity, will be provided free of charge

Job Description

supervise daily site activities and ensure progress aligns with the established project schedule

coordinate and organize tasks among the on-site workforces

conduct regular isnpections to emsure that work quality meets the required technical specifications

Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all staff
