Job Description

- Assisting/Coordinating with the Manager, and site staff to maintain work at site and work safety.
-Supervising the site staff and work assigned to them.
-Monitoring and inspecting the project progress to ensure compliance with project requirements.
-Monitoring site materials handling and warehousing procedures with respect to the areas to facilitate work progress.
- Provide assistance in any project related works and direction in the Mechanical Completion, Commissioning, and Start-up activities of the project working with all parties -to facilitate these activities.
- Resolving worksite issues quickly and effectively in order to keep work progress on track.
- Maintaining a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations and company rules.
- Providing daily reports of site conditions including weather, work scope, force levels, and safety issues.
- Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales.
- Preparing daily site reports, schedules and filling in other paperwork.
-The job role may include other reasonable duties/tasks from time to time.
