Job Description

• Overall Coordination of projects
• Collecting requirements from requesting department
• Prepare conceptual design documents and plans for management approval
• Create estimates and detailed BOQ for budgeting
• Compile and draft documents required for Tender
• Assist in tender process including evaluation of proposals
• Document project progress and file necessary documents
• Prepare weekly project process updates
• Update payment records
• Visit site for inspection and instructions
• Attempt to attain progress in every other aspect of organizational goals and motives
