Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and creative Social Media & Customer Service Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage our social media presence, engage with customers online, and provide prompt, friendly support to ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, schedule, and post engaging content across social media platforms.

• Respond to customer inquiries via social media, WhatsApp, phone, and email.

• Monitor comments, messages, and reviews to maintain positive brand image.

• Assist in running online campaigns, promotions, and giveaways.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and writing skills.

• Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).

• Customer-focused with a friendly and professional attitude.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
