General Requirements

• Diploma in equivalent field
• Excellent communication skills both spoken and written
• Experience in related field
• Ability to conduct research into software-related topics and products.
• Hardworking with the capacity to work long and odd hours

 

Job Specification

• Experience in PHP programming language, MySQL, Javascript, HTML5 and CSS3.
• Experience in ReactJS or Flutter will be an additional benefit.
• Perform analyses on software application functionality and suggesting improvements.
• Ensure effective front-end and back-end functionality of applications
• Provide and plan training to new users on how to use new features
• Consult with software development and operational team, internal users, and clients to improve application performance.
• Establish the root causes of application errors, and escalate serious concerns to the Manager, Application Support and Application Support Team Leader.
• Keep a record of configuration changes and scheduling development updates.
• Document processes and monitor change requests.
