Job Description

Assessment and Diagnosis:

Conduct thorough assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders in children. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.

Therapeutic Intervention: 

Provide evidence-based therapy sessions tailored to each child’s specific needs. Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques to address speech articulation, language development, fluency, voice, and social communication issues.

Family Support and Education:

Collaborate with families to educate and involve them in the therapeutic process. Provide guidance on how to support the child’s progress at home and in other environments.

Documentation and Progress Monitoring: 

Maintain detailed records of each child’s progress, therapy sessions, and adjustments to treatment plans. Regularly review and update treatment goals as necessary.

Professional Development: 

Stay updated with the latest research, techniques, and best practices in speech therapy. Participate in professional development opportunities provided by the center.
