Job Description

Operate and navigate the vessel safely and efficiently
Maintain a high level of safety for passengers and crew at all times
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
Manage the vessel’s crew, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
Oversee maintenance and repairs of the vessel, including arranging for necessary repairs and ordering supplies and materials
Communicate effectively with passengers and crew
Maintain logs and other records as required by law
