Job Description

General Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Pharmacy and Warehouse management would be added advantage
• 3 -5 years’ experience in Hospital warehouse or Medical Supplies Warehouse as store manager.
• Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively
• Good knowledge with Microsoft WordPad, Microsoft Excel, Computer skills etc.

 

Job Specification

• Process goods reorder purchase requisition as per stock balance and guidelines
• Review minimum stock level, reorder level, reorder quantity
• Ensure timely reordering of stock is done
• Complete barcoding of inventory and maintain bar coding for all stocks
• Plan and schedule physical verification of inventory and arrange physical verification in a timely manner
• Ensure that there should be unauthorized transfer, issue or disposal of inventory and no mismanagement of inventory
• Ensure all movement of inventory are recorded properly and adjustment entries are passed and recorded on time
• Take all necessary steps to reduce the expiry of inventory and reduce obsolete inventory and write off obsolete/expired inventory and dispose with prior approval
• Involve in recruitment, performance evaluation and report in case any disciplinary action is required against employees
• Simplify the process flow and make sure internal control in various process
• Adhere the guidelines from reporting authorities
