Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill our vacant role as a Supervisor (Polling Department).

-Oversee and manage a team of polling officers, ensuring they meet performance targets and adhere to survey guidelines.
-Provide training and support to polling officers, ensuring they are well-equipped to conduct surveys effectively.
-Monitor the quality of data collected, identifying and addressing any issues or inconsistencies.
-Analyze collected data to identify trends and insights.
-Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on survey results and findings.
-Maintain effective communication with polling officers, managers, HODs and Other Stakeholders.
