Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and monitor inventory, consignment stocks, and cold chain using ERP software.
• Receive deliveries and store inventory in proper location and storage conditions.
• Coordinate and monitor import shipments and clearance activity in a timely manner.
• Preparation of outbound shipping documentation and Support for On-Time Delivery to the customer.
• Ensure that customer orders are picked, packed, verified, and processed as per company policies.
• Continually improve material flow from supplier, through the facility, to end customer for maximum efficiency.
• Analyze and evaluate the global logistics trends to provide potential cost efficiencies.
• product life cycle planning, purchasing, and inventory management. 
• Redefines systems, processes, and organizational structures in order to maximize forecast accuracy and financial savings.
• Establish key performance metrics and benchmarks relating to demand forecasting, and inventory processes/operations, measure actual performance against goals on regular basis, and present results to senior management.
• Create and maintains departmental reports.
• Open to carrying out additional responsibilities given by the management.

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE
• High level of knowledge and understanding of the entire Supply Chain.
• Understands strategic cost issues and uses a range of techniques for cost reduction to meet targets.
• Sound analytical abilities and acute attention to detail required. 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are a must; the position requires interaction with a wide range of both internal and external personnel.
• Experience in handling medical products, laboratory consumables, and laboratory reagents will be added advantage. 
• Continually improve material flow from supplier, through the facility, to end customer for maximum efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS 
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• 3 years of experience in the following related areas: purchasing, planning, 
forecasting, shipping, receiving, warehousing, and manufacturing, or an equivalent 
combination of education and experience. 

SALARY: NEGOTIABLE
Based on qualification and experience.
