 Responsibilities include:       

• Collaborating with the Chief Operating Officer to develop a Sales & Marketing Team.
• Managing bookings and schedules with travel partners such as airlines, resorts, and hotels.
• Building productive relationships with potential clients in both international and local markets.
• Participating in meetings with agents to support marketing efforts.
• Negotiating special offers and discount programs with resort/hotel properties.
• Handling record-keeping and administrative functions.
• priority will be given to candidates who already have established international relationships with agencies and have international contacts.

 Competencies

• A/L qualification completed.
• 2-3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in the international market.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Strong networking, organizational, planning, and time management abilities.

 Selected candidates will enjoy a competitive salary, sales commission, free passage fare during annual leave, company accommodation, and other benefits. Priority will be given to candidates currently in the Maldives with a chance of Work Permit transfer.
