• Perform planned and regular inspections on the buildings financed by HDFC and ensure structure's conformity with specifications in the approved drawings
• Inspect and report construction works in relation to HDFC Loans/facilities right from the beginning, and through the stages, and to completion of the building process.
• Check and review drawdown, work schedule and contractor agreements and ensure works are carried out in accordance with the company policies.
• Prepare relevant technical documentation and progress reports
• Assist in the Customer Credit Evaluation Process by reviewing “bill of quantities” (BOQs) received with the loan application, and reporting the findings to the Credit Committee
