Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technician / Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing a variety of systems and equipment, ensuring efficient operations and contributing to ongoing project development. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of technical processes, attention to detail, and a passion for problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Support: Provide hands-on support for the installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems, including troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues.
• System Installation & Commissioning: Assist with the installation, configuration, and commissioning of new systems or machinery. Ensure proper setup and calibration according to specifications.
• Preventative Maintenance: Conduct regular preventive maintenance and testing to ensure systems run at optimal performance. Document findings and recommend improvements or upgrades where necessary.
• Troubleshooting & Repairs: Quickly identify and resolve operational issues, performing root cause analysis to minimize downtime and improve reliability.
• Project Support: Collaborate with engineers and other team members on projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to technical specifications.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, system configurations, and any issues encountered. Provide detailed reports to senior engineers or management.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all work complies with industry standards, company procedures, and safety regulations.
• Customer Interaction: Provide technical support and advice to customers as required, explaining complex technical issues in clear, understandable terms.

 

Minimum education - Certificate 4 in Engineering, Technology, or related field; or equivalent technical certifications and experience.

Minimun Experience - 2-3 years
