Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and dynamic individual to work at AMINA Premium Lounge as a TELEPHONE OPERATOR

(Post is open only for MALDIVIAN NATIONALS)

Competencies:

• Minimum GCE O/L
• Work experience in a similar role is not a must but would be a bonus
• Customer service-oriented, good communication skills especially in Dhivehi & English language.
• Self-motivated, with high attention to detail.
• Outgoing personality.

Job Responsibilities:

• Receiving incoming calls in an efficient and effective manner.
• Informing customers about days specials or new items, answering questions, and accepting orders.
• Delegating the orders to required departments and ensuring that orders are delivered to customers on time.
• Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards)
• Communicate customer feedback to managers.

Remuneration: MVR 5,000 per month + Attendance Allowance + Service Charge
