Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Teller / Customer Services Officer to join our team.

In this front-line role, you will assist customers with currency exchange and remittance services, handle cash transactions with accuracy, and ensure all activities follow KYC and compliance standards. You will greet customers, respond to inquiries, verify identification, balance cash at the end of each shift, and support customers by explaining our services and procedures.
