Job Description

TENDER AND BID officer (full time)

 Vacancy: 1                                                                                                                          

Responsibilities

• Create all tender and Bid submission related documentations
• Compile pre-tender documentation through client, deal, sector and competitor research.
• Assist the Head of department in preparing for bid presentations.
• Monitor tender portals and communicate relevant tenders to the Head of Bids
• Work closely with the Sales Team to ensure the smooth delivery of commitments promised in successful bids
• Support sales with required information. 

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum Completion of Diploma in a related field, preference will be given to degree holders.
• Excellent written/ verbal communication skills
• Familiar with MS excel, Word, Outlook and other related software’s.
• Driver’s license and having a motor cycle will be advantageous.
• Professional services experience would be advantageous
• Able to manage a number of tasks simultaneously and work well under pressure, including too tight deadlines

Salary: MVR 5000 – MVR 7000

Working Hours: Saturday to Thursday 9:00 – 16:00 hrs., Friday Off
