Job Description

Create all tender and bid submission related documentations
Lead bid preparation and tender tracking
Compile pre-tender documentation through client, deal sector and competitor research
Manage the end to end bid process
Handle sales opportunity management
Update and maintain the sales funnel.
Work closely with delivery team to ensure the smooth delivery of commitments promised
Reporting to (senior) management
Sourcing new tenders and project leads
Work with other system integrators
