Job Description

Educational Qualification

• Minimum: O’Level / A’Level (or equivalent)

 

Technical Skills

• Basic knowledge of airline reservation systems (GDS) like:

Experience

• Freshers may be considered if they show strong willingness to learn
• Any internship or experience in a travel agency or airline is an added advantage

 

Language & Communication

Good spoken and written English/ dhivehi

• Ability to communicate clearly with customers

 

Soft Skills

• Strong attention to detail
• Good organizational skills
• Customer service mindset
• Ability to handle pressure and multitask
• Willingness to learn and grow in the role

• Flexible working hours (rotational shifts/weekends/public holidays)
