Job Description

The One&Only Reethi Rah Valet, Villa will provide, maximize and exceed Guest’s satisfaction by providing a very high end personalized Villa Service while still offer a warm, relaxed, yet refined ambiance with a sense of place. By liaising with other support departments whenever necessary, a Valet, Villa will perform all tasks in accordance with the standards established by the One&Only Reethi Rah.

Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements

• Be fluent in English
• Able to clearly and pleasantly communicate with guests and fellow employees both in person and by telephone
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the fields of Butlers, Housekeeping Department, F&B Department or Front Office and/or a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service related field, preferably the hospitality industry
• To be highly cost conscious and initiate subordinates in order to minimize cost on all levels and maximize revenue
• Ability to work conscientiously, meet deadlines, follow instructions and direction with minimal supervision
• Must be very adaptable to change
• Must be very pro-active
• Ability to work in a self-motivated environment with little supervision
• Has IT knowledge in order to set up Play Station consoles, laptop and TV-internet connections. Knows how to operate TV, DVD/ IPod, IPad, Itouch, phone and safe.
• Valet, Villa has thorough knowledge on how to operate the IPTV system in all our villas.
